Find peace of mind with low carbohydrate recipes
You can't always please everybody in the family. Even if you have a democratic system in your home, there will still be dissension in the ranks, and that will not fare well when Mom or Dad are on a diet and already a bit irritable. So why not appease everyone? (And yes it can be done--even if you are using only low carbohydrate recipes.) Low carbohydrate recipes have gotten a bum wrap, but they have come along way, baby. There is more to chose from and the recipes have only gotten better with time. You don't have to be afraid of the evil dessert anymore either, because there are plenty of these low carbohydrate recipes that will give you the satisfaction of knowing that you have not cheated on your diet, and the kids will enjoy it for the pure taste of it.

Gooey gourmet brownies that can join your other low carbohydrate recipes? Yep, we found the recipe that you have been waiting for, sinfully chocolately and a welcome newcomer to your arsenal of low carbohydrate recipes. Let's get started then...

Here's what you will need to scrounge up:

 2 tablespoons Splenda
 8 ounces cream cheese
 1 cup butter
 another 11/4 cups Splenda
4 ounces unsweetened baker's chocolate that is cut into pieces
 2 teaspoons vanilla
 4 eggs, large
 1 cup finely ground almonds
 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 a touch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray a 9"x13" pan with nonstick spray. In a small bowl beat the cream cheese and 1/45 cup of Splenda until it is smooth, then add the egg and mix it well. In a large sauce pan melt the butter and chocolate over a low heat while constantly stirring. remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Add the eggs, beating well after each addition. Stir in the almonds, baking powder, and the salt. After it is blended well, spread it all onto the pan that you prepared. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie base and swirl it around to make a nice pattern. Bake it for abut 25 minutes or until it sets. Cool completely before cutting them into squares.
