As you can see there are many options when it comes to low carb food that can help you stay true to your diet while still getting the vitamins and minerals that you need to stay healthy while you lose the weight. The more you know about the diet that you are on, the more chance you have for success. And remember that even though it is best to shed excess weight, it is definitely not a good idea to do so at the cost of your health!
