How to Make a Chocolate Chip Milkshake
This recipe combines a favorite classic--warm cookies and milk. All you have to do is put a quart of vanilla ice cream in a blender, then add 8 fresh-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookies and either a 12-oz. can of evaporated milk or 1 1/4 cups of milk.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
This is another easy recipe.
- Make your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, but make the cookies a little bigger than usual.
- When they are done and cooled, put about 1/4 cup of softened vanilla ice cream on the flat side of one cookie, then top with the flat side of another cookie.
- Run a knife around the perimeter of the sandwich for an even edge, the roll the perimeter in rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles or mini-chocolate chips.
- Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap, then freeze.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
This is a very easy, rich and impressive chocolate chip cookie pie recipe. Serve it warm a la mode! Yum!
1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 12-oz. bag chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl on high speed until foamy.
3. Beat in flour, then sugars, then butter.
4. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
5. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
