Banana chocolate chip cookies

Here's what you need:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets. Sift the flour, baking, and salt together. In a bowl, cream the the butter and brown sugar, beat in the banana and egg, then the vanilla. Now, slowly stir in the dry ingredients and blend well. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by rounded spoonful onto the cookie sheets. Bake for about 8 minutes, let them cool for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Espresso chocolate chip cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease two cookie sheets. Melt together half of the chocolate chips and the butter. Mix in the espresso and add the chocolate mixture. Sift together the flour and baking powder, fold the egg mixture in. Next fold in the chips and the nuts. Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto the cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.
